Measure the circumference of your mirror and cut the pool noodles into sections that will fit around the mirror's edge.
Use the hot glue gun to adhere the cut pool noodle sections around the mirror, ensuring they form a complete circle.
Once the pool noodles are securely in place, begin wrapping the rope around them. Start at one end and use hot glue to secure the rope in place every few inches.
Continue wrapping the rope tightly around the pool noodles, making sure to cover the entire surface. Ensure there are no gaps, and the rope is evenly distributed.
When you reach the end of the rope or the end of the pool noodle circle, secure the rope with a final dab of glue.
Allow the glue to dry completely before handling the frame.
To mount the mirror, use strong adhesive or double-sided tape to attach the back of the mirror to the center of the rope-wrapped frame.
If desired, use command strips or a picture hanging kit to hang the mirror on the wall.

Variations & Tips
For a more colorful look, consider using different colored ropes or even painted pool noodles before wrapping. You can also experiment with different types of rope, such as cotton or hemp, for varied textures. If you prefer a more intricate design, try weaving in some beads or small shells as you wrap the rope. For larger mirrors, you might need additional pool noodles and rope to complete the frame. This DIY project can also be adapted to create other home decor items, such as picture frames or decorative wall hangings, using the same techniques.
