Proprietà e controindicazioni dell'olio 31
The benefits of applying Oil 31 come directly from the many natural essential oils you can find within. Among the properties of this product we can mention the balsamic ones, very useful in case of colds and stuffy noses, the anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving ones, which you can experiment with if you add a few drops to a massage oil to relieve small contractures, and relaxing properties. In the latter case, you can, for example, put a little product in an aroma diffuser so that its scent can spread throughout the room.
In the many uses of Oil 31 you will have noticed that external use is recommended. Even in the case of toothache, for example, it is recommended to rinse the mouth thoroughly and not to ingest it immediately. Oil 31 is also not recommended during pregnancy and sometimes its use in its pure state can give rise to irritation and allergic reactions (it is better to carry out a small test on a small area of the body beforehand). Finally, it is recommended to avoid contact with the eyes, as it could cause burning and discomfort and it is not recommended to apply it to children under two years of age.
The uses of oil 31
Relieves respiratory problems
Let's start with the expectorant and balsamic properties. Oil 31, in fact, is used to relieve the most common respiratory problems. Effective in case of colds, coughs, sore throats, bronchitis and sinusitis, you can use it to gargle by adding 3 drops to half a glass of water or by making fumes: after boiling the water, add a few drops of Oil 31 and half a teaspoon of baking soda, and breathe the steam for at least 10 minutes, covering your head with a towel.
Pain reliever
You can use Oil 31 if you have muscle and joint pain: 10 drops emulsified with a juniper-based cream, massaged and applied up to 3 times a day for a couple of days, could help you relieve pain. Even in case of headaches, you only need 2 drops of Oil 31 to massage on the temples and forehead: relief is almost immediate. And if you suffer from classic menstrual cycle disorders such as nausea or migraines, try breathing a few drops of Oil 31 into a handkerchief to keep on hand.
Anti-fatigue for legs and feet
Tired legs and feet at the end of the day? Five drops of Olio 31 in a basin with hot water and a tablespoon of baking soda give a truly regenerating foot bath. If you prefer a massage, for heavy legs you only need 3 or 4 drops to add to almond oil. Massage well from your ankles to your groin and you'll feel better right away.
Beauty treatment
Oil 31 can also prove to be an ally for facial beauty. First of all, it is an excellent anti-wrinkle: just add 2 drops to the moisturizer you usually use every morning. If you have acne and pimple problems, Oil 31 can help you reduce excessive sebum production (always applying 2 emulsified drops to your cream).
Antibacterial for teeth and mouth
Halitosis problems? Oil 31 also has refreshing properties: just add 2 drops to half a glass of water and rinse after main meals, or you can add it to toothpaste. You can also use it as a mouthwash to gargle by mixing 4 drops with a glass of water. In case of toothache, instead of the old grandmother's remedy which consisted of a sip of whiskey, it can be a good remedy to soothe the pain. In this case, you just need a drop on the sore tooth, then rinse without swallowing.
