Starbucks' Winter Menu Is Almost Here—Caramel Protein Latte Anyone?

here's a distinct chill in the air that only winter can bring—which means it's officially time to retire your pumpkin spice latte for something a little more seasonal. Luckily,Starbucks is way ahead of us.

The coffee giant dropped its 2026 winter menu on December 1, with items set to roll out in stores nationwide beginning January 6. The lineup includes the return of several fan-favorites and some brand-new drinks to try.

Old (and new!) favorites

The beloved Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew will both be back, joined this year by one more option: the new Pistachio Cortado. If you're not fluent in coffee bar lingo, a cortado is typically a one-to-one ratio of espresso to milk—think of it as a more intense, less milky version of a latte.
